Available as in cell plate.

SLC/ABC transporter stably expressing cell line were seeded on cell plate upon order.  These cell plates are in ready-to-use format.  The customers can perform assay directly up on received.

 

These SLC/ABC transporter stably expressing cell line were made by expressing human transporter on either HEK293 cell or LLC-PK1 cell line respectively. These cell plate are only available for single-use and the reagents kits are in the bundle.

SLC transporters are located in the small intestine, liver, kidney, blood-brain barrier, and so on. They play a role inthe uptakeof various drugs, as well as endogenous nutrients, into cells, andthus may influence the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) properties of, or adverse reactions to, a compound of interest. Thus, investigations of SLC transporters are expected to be helpful during drug development.
