GenoMembrane has excellent expertise and experience in the production of various drug transporters. We provide"ABC Transporter Vesicles", which are prepared from insect Sf9 cells expressing various ABC transporters.
ATPase assay and vesicular transport assay using our products are helpful to clarify the interactions between a compound of interest and ABC transporters.
・One vial of the vesicle producuts can perform 125 ATPase assays and 50 vesicular transport assays.
・The product size of all the products below is same. (2.5 mg/0.5 ml/vial)
・The products are suitable for in vitro screening of transporter substrates in a 96-well plate format.
