Getting to Tokyo

Tokyo is served by two major international airports:

・Haneda Airport (HND)

    - Approximately 20-30 minutes to central Tokyo

・Narita International Airport (NRT)

    - Approximately 60-90 minutes to central Tokyo

Access to Venue (via Shinagawa Area)

The Shinagaw area is one of the most convenient locations for access.

・From Haneda Airport (HND):

    - Train: ~20 minutes (Keikyu Line to

      Shinagawa Station)

    - Taxi: ~20-30 minutes

・Nearby hotel examle: Shinagawa Prince Hotel

・From Narita Airport (NRT):

    ₋ Train: ~70-90 minutes (Narita Express to Shinagawa Station, direct service)

・From Shinagawa Station to the venue:

    - Taxi: ~10-15 minutes

    - Public transport + walk: ~20-30 minutes

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

Recommended areas:

  • Shinagawa (most convenient for access to the venue and airports)

  • Shibuya (convenient with many hotels and restaurants)

Participants may require a visa to enter Japan.
