The Cutting-Edge Transporter Research Forum in Tokyo 2026 welcomes poster presentations from researchers in academia, industry, and regulatory organizations. Poster presentations are available only to registered conference participants.

  • Online poster presentations are not available.

  • Due to limited space, poster presentations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis​

Abstract Guidelines

Abstract​

  • Abstract must be prepared in English.

  • Please use the abstract template (Word).

  • The submitted abstract must not exceed one A4 page.

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx). PDF files are also accepted.

Poster​

  • A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm)

  • Onsite presentation only

  • Mounting/removal by presenters
