 MRP3 is an important ABC Transporter that transports glucuronide conjugates and organic anions, such as antibiotics and anti-inflammatory agents.  

MRP3 is highly expressed in liver, intestines and adrenal gland. MRP3 is identified on basolateral side of small intestinal epithelial cells, where it plays a role of drug and bile acid absorption from small intestines.　Also, it is identified on basolateral side (vascular side) of hepatocytes, where it plays a role of xenobiotic excretion, such as anti-cancer drugs and so on.

The new product will be useful for pharmacokinetics and toxicological studies in drug development, as well as prediction tool for drug resistance of anti-cancer drugs.
